First, we recognize that this is purely subjective in nature. It is only my opinion.

Today, I submit to you what I believe are the best main course entree and the the best appetizer or side dish that is currently available in the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.

Both happen to be available at the same restaurant.

First, we’ll review the best main course entree that is currently available in Atlantic City. It is available at Steve and Cookies By The Bay in Margate, New Jersey … owned and operated by Cookie Till for decades.

It’s called Seafood Pan Roast. In my humble, considered taste palette, it is the perfect meal.

It consists of:

  • Lobster Tail
  • 2 Large Shrimp
  • 2 day boat Scallops
  • Topped with jumbo lump crabmeat
  • Served over a bed of lemon basmati rice

The Seafood Pan Roast is my absolute food nirvana selection. Each and every bite is perfect, each and every time.

The various items are always fresh and perfectly prepared and plated.

Steve and Cookies also wins my award for the best appetizer, or, side dish.

Their Lobster Macaroni and Cheese is the best that you will find anywhere in the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.

The pasta is perfect. It is called “Dischi Volanti,” which is Italian for flying saucers. This shape wonderfully holds on to the cheese and other “bits” and ingredients.

Cookie Till is generous with the amount of lobster that is included and the Panko Breadcrumbs on top, take it to the next level.
