Here’s My Choice

I always prefer the “Connecticut Style" and it is consistently delicious. It’s served warm, on a perfectly buttered roll.

It is typically a perfect combination of tail and claw lobster meat.

However, yesterday, mine was all claw meat … not broken pieces … full pieces of claw meat and it was fantastic.

It is the first time that I have experienced this. I love the lobster tail … but, I’m also a huge fan of the claw meat, which is often even “sweeter” and a bit more rich in flavor.

My Brother Don’s was the usual combination of claw and lobster tail meat.

The Perfect Roll

The sweet Maine Lobster is the star … but, no mistake about how important the roll is.

That’s it … Maine Lobster and the perfect, sodt, warm, split top buttered roll.

In my view, the texture and taste of a Maine lobster is incomparable.

The product was so great that it won the cousin’s a deal with Barbara Corcoran on Shark Tank.
