Atlantic City, New Jersey Councilwoman LaToya Dunston previously charged a City of Atlantic City employee from the so-called anti-violence program with harassment.

Dunston filed charges against Craig Newsome for allegedly making violent threats against her on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

Craig Newsome is a very close ally of Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small.

Because the matter involved a sitting member of City Council and a city employee/contractor … it was moved from Atlantic City, to a conflict court, which turned out to be the court of Margate Municipal Judge John H. Rosenberger.

Newsome works with “One Neighborhood Evolution,” a controversial anti-violence unit that was created by Marty Small to allow ex-offenders to become post if the current day solution regarding the current violence in Atlantic City.

Rosenberger was firm, but fair throughout this process. He questioned how Damon Tyner could represent Newsome in this case? Tyner readily admitted that he had a conflict of interest and left the case.

Newsome was a no show for one of the scheduled court hearings.

Before the matter went to trial, Newsome decided to plead guilty to an Atlantic City ordinance regarding "offensive or profane language,” taking place within 200 yards of "any of the lands or premises that are owned by the Atlantic City Board of Education, or, the City of Atlantic City.

Judge Rosenberger ordered Newsome to pay a $ 157 fine and associated court costs, which were minimal at about $ 33.

Newsome served then and still serves now as assistant director of the anti-violence program for the City of Atlantic City.

Newsome was hired at the direct recommendation of Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, who he is closely aligned with.

Newsome has allegedly made repeated violent threats towards Dunston and her husband.

Below, is an actual photo (taken by Dunston) of Newsome yelling at her on Election Day.

On Primary Election Day 2023, Atlantic City

Councilwoman LaToya Dunston was working on her get out the vote program... when along rolls up a white SUV, with Newsome riding in the front passenger seat and hanging outside of the window.

Dunston video recorded her encounter with

Newsome and told us that she is 1,000 percent certain that it is Newsome (pictured here) who made a series of violent threats.

We have been advised that Newsome also goes by the alias Angel "Rock" Newbomb. You can't make this stuff up.

Here is what Newsome said to Dunston in his profane tirade:

"I'm gonna Fuc* your husband up," said Newsome.

"Get that on tape. "I'm gonna Fuc* your husband up.

How do you like that?"

"I'm gonna Fuc* him up. OK?

"Keep talking ... I'm gonna Fuc* your husband up ... that's a fact."

Dunston asked Newsome, "Is that a threat?"

Newsome responded, "That is a promise."
