Cops Say Bad Driving Leads To Marijuana Arrest in Atlantic City
If you're going to be driving with marijuana in your car, it's probably a good idea to know how to drive properly so you don't draw attention to yourself.
Friday evening around 7:00, ACPD officers stopped a vehicle after they witnessed multiple traffic violations.
According to a press release, the two officers smelled raw, unburnt marijuana and air freshener, to attempt to mask the smell, as they approached the car.
The driver, 30-year-old Michael Williams Jr. from Atlantic City, and a passenger, 34-year-old Lequan Jones also from Atlantic City, were both arrested after officers found a sealed bag that contained 491 grams of marijuana and Williams was found to be in possession of additional marijuana.
