Dollar General’s Atlantic City Location Now Open

So many stores have closed their doors for good in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's a nice change of pace to actually report a store opening instead of one closing.

Dollar General newest location on Atlantic Avenue in Atlantic City is now open, according to a report from The Press of Atlantic City.

Dollar General's new Atlantic City location will be open 7 days a week from 8AM to 10PM.

Existing South Jersey locations include Vineland, Pleasantville, Millville, Absecon, Galloway,  Berlin, and Cape May Court House.

The retail industry has taken a big hit in 2020 with 6,300 stores closings so far. The lingering effects of COVID-19 will force even more stores to close by the end of the year.
