Police in Egg Harbor Township are looking for help in identifying a person caught on a rather blurry surveillance photo.
Police say the man in the photo is wanted, "in reference to an on-going investigation." (That's usually police-speak for a suspect wanted for doing something on the wrong side of the law. Not always, but usually.)
