
1 Dead, 1 in Critical Condition After Shooting at Nursing Home in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
UPDATE - TUESDAY MORNING: Officials have released more details about this shooting.
UPDATE - 11 AM: NBC 10 reports "a source with knowledge of the incident told NBC10 that, preliminarily, the double shooting appears to be domestic in nature, involving a female employee and a man."
UPDATE - 9 AM: The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office says,
As a result of the shooting, one individual has been pronounced deceased and a second remains in critical condition. The identities of those involved are being withheld pending further investigation and notification of next of kin.
Based on a preliminary investigation, there is no threat to the community or the public at large. This appears to be an isolated incident involving individuals known to one another.

Published reports say two people were shot at a nursing home in Egg Harbor Township early Monday morning.
Shooting at Nursing Home in EHT
According to WCAU-TV, the incident happened just before 7 AM at Excelcare on the 6800 block of Delilah Road, between Fire and Mill Roads.
Latest Information
NBC 10 spoke to officials who could not yet say who was involved, if any arrests had been made, or the conditions of those who had been shot.
They did say, however, that all of the residents of the home "were considered safe" following the incident.
An investigation remains active and ongoing.
