It's Election Day. If you are one of the many who voted early this year, or, if you dropped your ballot off today at a polling place, thank you for doing your civic duty. Now let's talk about free food for Election Day!

Many chain restaurants and stores are offering freebies or discounts to customers showing their "I Voted" sticker today.

With thanks to USA Today, here are some South Jersey area eateries offering voters a freebie today.

Boston Market - Get a free slider from 9 PM to close

Dunkin' has a  post Election Day deal Wednesday. Members of the chain's DD Perks loyalty program can get a free medium hot or iced coffee for the first Free Coffee Wednesday.

(Dunkin' also rolls out its new seasonal drinks Wednesday featuring Peppermint Mocha Latte and Gingerbread Latte.)

Krispy Kreme - On Election Day, you can get a free Original Glazed Doughnut when you visit a participating Krispy Kreme shop. They'll also have "I Voted" stickers available.

McDonald's - Free Apple Fritter, Blueberry Muffin, or Cinnamon Roll with hot or iced brewed coffee purchase using an offer in the McDonald's app through from November 3 to 9, 2020.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill: Go to to get a buy-one-get-one free pizza coupon code emailed. The offer is valid for dine-in or takeout at participating locations through today.

Wawa: Starting today, Wawa kicks off "Free Coffee Tuesdays," which will be held every Tuesday in November and December for Wawa Rewards members. New members need to register by 8 p.m. to get this deal. The free drink is for self-serve hot beverages up to 24 ounces.

Wendy's - Free Classic Chicken Sandwich with purchase via the Wendy's app through November 8, 2020.
