29-year-old Man Killed in Camden, NJ, Shooting Saturday

Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in Camden County over the weekend.

Authorities say just before 2:00 Saturday afternoon, officers with the Camden County Police Department were called to the 1200 block of Morton Street in Camden following a ShotSpotter activation.

Victim Identified as 29-Year-Old Bruce Dixon

At the scene, cops found an unconscious gunshot victim, identified as 29-year-old Bruce Dixon, who was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead minutes later.

Investigation Remains Active and Ongoing

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office says its investigation is active and ongoing and no further details are being released at this time.
