Flat Tire in New Jersey Doesn’t Stop Bruce Springsteen Concert

The Show Must Go On.

And, it did.

Even though Bruce Springsteen had a flat tire in New Jersey on his way to The 10,000 seat Mohegan Sun  Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on Friday, April 12, 2024 … he still arrived on time to do his make good show from last year, when he was dealing with a health matter.

Springsteen’s flat tire occurred in the Keyport section of the New Jersey Shore.

Here, in Springsteen’s Instagram post, “The Boss” appears to take it all in stride with a kind smile.

Springsteen performed last night for 2 hours and 45 minutes. It was a second well received, lengthy concert in The Mohegan Sun Arena in recent weeks … following Tony Orlando’s epic 3 hours and 15 minutes during his Finale extravaganza.

Tom Cantone, President of Sports and Entertainment for Mohegan Sun Gaming taught me 40 years ago that “you can never relax until the entertainer is on the stage.”

Last year, Carrie Underwood’s tour had a breakdown while traveling from Pennsylvania to Mohegan Sun, putting that highly anticipated show at risk.

Cantone’s team of highly polished and well trained team members handled the compressed set-up time schedule with ease.

The Carrie Underwood Show went off without a hitch.

And, so did Springsteen, who didn’t even mention his flat tire during his show.
