Have You Seen Him? Atlantic City, NJ, Homeless Man Wanted For Attempted Murder
The Atlantic City Police Department is asking for your help with locating a homeless man wanted for the attempted murder of a convenience store employee.
The incident happened around 8:15 on Saturday morning, February 3rd, on the 100 block of North Rhode Island Avenue.
Responding officers found an employee of a store who a customer had stabbed in an unprovoked attack.
The 39-year-old victim was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division with serious life-threatening injuries.
Suspect
An investigation led to 34-year-old Francisco Bonilla, a homeless man believed to be in Atlantic City, being identified as a suspect.
Charges Filed
Bonilla has been charged with the following:
- Attempted murder
- Aggravated assault
- Unlawful possession of a weapon
- Possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose
