Free Movies on the Beach in Avalon 2020 Schedule
Avalon's beach movie schedule has just been announced for the 2020 summer season.
Free movies can be enjoyed Tuesday nights during the summer on the 30th Street beach. Movies will begin at 8:45 each night. The free movies start on June 30th, with the last free movie event on August 4th.
Movie-goers do not need a beach badge in order to enjoy the free movies. Grab your beach chairs and blankets this summer and enjoy some great movies under the stars. If there is inclement weather, the movie will be rescheduled to Wednesday.
Free movies on the beach will begin with the classic movie Goonies on June 30th.
Avalon will be playing the Dennis Quaid film, A Dog's Journey.
Attention Star Wars fans! The last movie in the Skywalker saga, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, will be playing on the beach for free.
Avalon will be celebrating Christmas in July with the screening of Polar Express.
The '80s classic Back to the Future can be enjoyed under the stars at the end of July.
What's the best movie to watch in close proximity to the ocean? Of course Jaws is a great choice.
The latest in the updated Jumanji films, Jumanji: The Next Level, will be screened in the middle of August.
The final day of free movies on the beach will screen the latest Disney/Pixar film Onward, starring Chris Pratt and Tom Holland.
