It's an iconic amusement park on the boardwalk in beautiful Ocean City and it's down to its final days before Gillian's Wonderland Pier closes its gates forever.

The park's closure marks an end to a 94-year run for Gillian's which opened in 1930.

So if you are planning to visit, you better hurry up because they are closing for good in little over two weeks.

It's been announced the park is closing after the business day on Sunday, October 13th.

The park's final day is announced on an automated message when you call their phone number. On its last day, Wonderland will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The closure comes the day after Ocean City's popular Fall Block Party.

According to a Patch.com article, "I tried my best to sustain Wonderland for as long as possible - through increasingly difficult challenges each year," Gillian said. "But it's no longer a viable business."
