A YouTuber known for her DIY tutorials just mastered turning a trash bag into a prom gown and we're crazy impressed.
The 8-minute clip of Amber Scholl working her magic quickly went viral and the dress she created is really a work of art. Amber told Teen Vogue she created the garment by, "restitching and gluing stuff onto a dress I bought at a thrift store."
