Hamilton Township Cop Captures Cosmic Fireball on Dashcam Video

Sometimes you see video of a meteor shooting across the sky and they're dull or not very easy to see... not this one -- it's pretty spectacular.

The Hamilton Township Police Department says one of their officers was on patrol in the pre-dawn hours of December 2nd when his dashcam video captured a fireball shooting across the sky.

The HTPD says the event was confirmed by the American Meteor Society, which received numerous reports along the east coast of a very bright meteor.
