Hamilton Township Cops Rescue Deer From Pool
Yes, it's been hot and humid lately -- so much so that a deer took a dip into a pool in Hamilton Township Tuesday morning.
Hamilton Township Police say officers responded to the 2000 block of Skip Morgan Drive Tuesday morning after they received a call about a deer swimming laps in someone's pool.
Their account of the action was posted on Facebook...
This little cutie decided that it was a bit too humid out today and was looking for some relief! Officers Thumhart, Bakker and McCarthy were able to use the deer rescue training they learned in the academy (not really) to safely remove the deer from the pool. It then decided to take in some sun and relax for a few minutes, before running back into the woods to spread the word! What will tomorrow morning bring.....?
