Hammonton Man Arrested on Drug Charges

A man from Hammonton is facing multiple drug charges after police searched his home last month and allegedly found illegal narcotics.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner says authorities raided 309 Fairview Avenue in Hammonton on March 29th. The raid resulted in approximately four ounces of crack cocaine, approximately one ounce of crystal methamphetamine, and two grams of uncut/unpackaged heroin being seized.

Tyner says the execution of the search warrant was the result of an investigation into the distribution of heroin and crack cocaine throughout Atlantic County.

As a result, Juan Reyes was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine, and possession of crystal methamphetamine. Reyes was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.
