Henry's, which goes by the tagline "Ocean City's Landmark Jeweler", has been open at their 12th Street store for 48 years, selling a variety of jewelry and beach and athletic wear, sweatshirts and t-shirts.

The 9th Street location of Henry's was a comparatively new venture in a prime spot on the Boardwalk. There is a third Henry's Landmark Jeweler on Washington Street in Cape May.

As the company's website relates, Henry's opened in 1972, owned by friends Jeff Sherman and Sam Koperwas, both of whom loved Ocean City and originally looked at the store as a reason to spend time in the city.

Henry's 9th Street Store is now holding a moving sale through Sunday, as they prepare to consolidate two Boardwalk stores into one location on 12th Street.
