
Man Is Electrocuted In Atlantic City. NJ: Worker Is Seriously Injured
The Atlantic City Police Department has confirmed that a worker was electrocuted and seriously injured this past Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 8:23 a.m., in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Area Of Annapolis & Ventnor Avenue

An unconscious male was found lying on the ground by Atlantic City Police Officers Thomas Gilardi and Jorge Cruz.
Preliminary Investigation

Has concluded that the man had been working on a building, when his ladder came in direct contact with electrical wires.
Atlantic City Police Officer Gilardi

Officer Gilardi was able to initially detect a pulse in the male victim, however, a short while later, he was unable to detect a pulse. Officer Gilardi then promptly performed life-saving CPR until paramedics arrived to takeover medical care.
Male Victim Was Airlifted
To Temple University for more medical treatment. The Atlantic City Police Department is not releasing the current condition of the victim at this time.
