Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray and Maplewood Police Chief Robert Cimino announced Friday that two men from South Jersey have been charged with the January 29th murders of three men from North Jersey.

Authorities say 45-year-old Michael Davis of Maplewood, 44-year-old Lance Fraser of Newark, and 30-year-old Roshana Kelson of Paterson were killed late last month.

37-year-old Jimmy P. Mays, formerly of Egg Harbor Township, was arrested in Columbia, MD, and is currently pending extradition back to New Jersey.

Meanwhile, 33-year-old Lavelle T. Davis of Galloway remains at large. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Both Mays and Davis have been charged with three counts of murder. They have also been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, felony murder, robbery, and weapons charges.
