Mayor’s Fiery, Profane Rage Against Councilman In Atlantic City, NJ

A video exists of Mayor Marty Small, who is addressing a group of Atlantic City, New Jersey Bangladesh residents, whereby Small said:

Don’t be afraid. I want you to go harder. Get twice as many ballots as you ever got before.  Because that piece of Sh** doesn’t don’t deserve to be in office, said Marty Small.

Tibbitt Publicly Accuses Marty Small Of Committing Voter Fraud

Tibbitt stated on-air last Friday morning that what Marty Small said to this gathering of Atlantic City voters constitutes voter fraud.

That Small was inducted twice in the past for various voter fraud allegations.

Small was acquitted both times by Atlantic County jury’s at trial.

Days Was In Attendance With Small

Days was present when Small used profanity in front of men and women who attended the meeting that took place this past Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Tibbitt confirmed on-air that Days remained silent during the offensive presentation by Small.

Days is a candidate for Atlantic County Commissioner versus Tibbitt in District 1.

Days picked Small to administer the oath of office for him last week … when Democrats selected Days to fill the vacancy created by the death of former Commissioner Ernest Coursey.

Reverend Days Is The Father Of Indicted Daughter

An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Constance Days-Chapman on August 17, 2024 on a variety of criminal charges as follows:

• second-degree Official
  Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Pattern of Official Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child
• one count of third-degree Hindering
  Apprehension of Another.

Constance Days-Chapman is currently suspended, with pay from her position as principal of Atlantic City High School.

The taxpayers of Atlantic City have paid her substantial, six figures and salary and fringe benefits for more than a year… while a criminal trial still awaits.

Marty & La’Quetta Small Criminal Trials Are Fast Approaching

Both Marty and La’Quetta Small are indicted for various child abuse charges.

La’Quetta Small faces one charge, 2nd Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child.

Marty Small has been indicted by two separate Atlantic County Grand Jury’s.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Said:

On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, Marty Small, Sr., 50, and his wife, La Quetta Small, 47, of Atlantic City, NJ were both indicted for second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Marty Small, Sr. was also indicted for third-degree Terroristic Threats, and third-degree Aggravated Assault. It is alleged that during the months of December 2023 and January 2024, the defendants physically and emotionally abused their 15/16-year-old-daughter on multiple occasions. During one incident, on January 13, 2024, Marty Small, Sr. is alleged to have hit his daughter multiple times in the head with a broom causing her to lose consciousness, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
