Mays Landing Man Arrested for Possession of Child Porn

A man from Mays Landing was arrested for possession of child pornography.

Hamilton Township police say 51-year-old Kevin Mellon of Mays Landing was arrested for possession of child pornography. Back in April, the police department was notified that a computer possibly contained illegal images and videos depicting children in sex acts. After a four month investigation, Mellon was arrested. Mellon was charged with 3rd degree possession of child pornography and his case is pending court.
