Mays Landing Man Killed in Tuesday Morning Crash

A man from Mays Landing was killed Tuesday morning in a one-vehicle crash on the Black Horse Pike.

According to a press release, Hamilton Township Police responded to the Black Horse Pike and Malaga Road around 10:30 Tuesday morning. Their investigation revealed a pick-up truck was traveling westbound on US 322 when it left the roadway, traveled over a median, entered the woods, and struck a tree.

The driver, 60-year-old Bruce Kienzle of Mays Landing was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.

The accident remains under investigation.
