Middle Township Police Investigating the Death of a Homeless Man

Middle Township Police are investigating the death of a homeless man on Sunday.

The Cape May County Herald says officers responded to a report of a dead body off of Satt Blvd. in Rio Grande Sunday afternoon. Officials have identified the body as that of 50-year-old Richard Mutumba, a homeless man who originally was from Africa.

An autopsy was scheduled for that day; results are pending. Anyone with information is asked to contact Middle Township Police.
