Motorcyclist Killed in Hamilton Township Crash

A man from Moorestown, who was driving a motorcycle on the Black Horse Pike in Mays Landing, was killed in a crash Thursday evening.

Hamilton Township Police say 43-year-old John Laverack of Moorestown was on a motorcycle heading westbound on the Black Horse Pike near the Festival at Hamilton shopping center when he failed to stop and hit two SUVs that were waiting at a red light.

Laverack was taken to ARMC-Mainland were he died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash. The drivers of the two SUVs were not injured.
