One person was injured in a crash on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, just before 2:30, Hamilton Township Police responded to a crash on the Black Horse Pike just east of Cologne Ave.

The crash involved a car being driven by 78-year-old Carolyn Jacoby of Egg Harbor Township and a SUV driven by 52-year-old Robin Dickson of Mays Landing. Cops say both were driving eastbound when the collided; the car struck the concrete median, partially overturned, and landed on the driver side in the left lane, leaving the driver entrapped. The SUV left the road and struck a large tree.

Jacoby was pulled from the overturned vehicle and taken to ARMC-City for treatment of moderate injuries. Dickson and a juvenile passenger in the SUV were not injured.
