Prayers Now For Atlantic City Deputy Mayor: Disagreements Later
HARRY HURLEY OPINION - EDITORIAL
I am taking this opportunity to ask everyone to join with me in a digital prayer chain for Ernest Coursey.
Coursey is presently dealing with an undisclosed health issue that we will not reveal here at this time.
Coursey is an Atlantic County Commissioner from District 1, as well as the Deputy Mayor of Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Following many decades, whereby Coursey and I have had a very collegial and positive working relationship … in recent years, it has turned sour.
However, none of that matters at this time.
All that matters now is for Commissioner Coursey to experience God’s healing powers … skilled Doctors … and, for Ernest to make a full and speedy recovery.
Only then we will resume any disagreements on public policy that we may have with one another.
My pledge is this … I will not speak, nor, write a critical word about Coursey until he recovers from this current health matter.
Coursey is a fighter, and, I know that he will fight this with everything that he’s got.
I have long believed in the power of prayer.
It works.
We will be launching an on-air prayer chain tomorrow during the 7:00 a.m. hour of the “Hurley in the Morning” radio program on WPG TALK RADIO 95.5 FM to support Ernest Coursey.
Please join with us and become a part of the positive wishes that we are sending to Ernest Coursey, his wife and children.
