This “Family Feud” all started on January 6, 2026, when Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor Will Reynolds wrote a letter to the top Atlantic County executive, Dennis Levinson.

Levinson Had Made A Reasonable Recommendation To Reynolds

Following the overwhelming victory by Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small versus Reynolds … Levinson suggested publicly to Reynolds that he should consider dropping all of the criminal charges against La’Quetta Small and Constance Days-Chapman.

Reynolds Responded With A Letter To Levinson

After learning about Levinson’s suggestion … Reynolds accused Levinson (in a January 6, 2026 letter) of crossing the line and into Reynolds purview as a Constitutional officer.

Reynolds wrote the first letter in this feud and Levinson has followed with his own letter each time that Reynolds has written him.

It is a long-held Levinson trait. He never leaves an allegation unchallenged.

In suggesting that Reynolds should drop the charge, Levinson was looking after the taxpayers, who have been hit hard over the years by multi-million dollar settlements as a result of bad prosecutions.

Reynolds wrote a silly letter to the Atlantic County legal counsel requesting that Atlantic County Commissioner Reverend Collins Days should be “indefinitely recused” from voting on any matter pertaining to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Days’ “crime” is being the Father of Constance Days-Chapman. All criminal charges against her are in the process of being entirely dismissed.

Reynolds request is wrong at so many levels. The day after I exposed Reynolds’ letter … he withdrew his request.

Reynolds immediately folded and dropped the ill advised course of action that he had taken.

Reynolds Had Been On An Impressive Winning Streak For Several Years

Until Reynolds suffered a humiliating beat down by Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small. Since then, Reynolds has made one mistake after another. All are unforced errors.

I have no doubt that Reynolds has the capacity to turn things around. He just needs to put the Marty Small loss behind him and do what he does best.

Reynolds also needs to drop his public feud with Levinson … because he’s losing that badly, too.
