He's been the star of a reality TV show and continues pursuing storms to gather data to understand what makes these storms tick and some of his gear from a recent tornado chase in Texas is now up for grabs in an online auction.

I noticed that Reed shared an update on his Facebook page this week revealing that one of his anemometers had been listed on Ebay. The auction is described as "ONE-OF-A-KIND - Game-Worn, Reed Timmer Autographed Tornado Anemometer". According to description on Ebay, it was damaged during a tornado chase in Texas on June 8, 2025.

Here's the exact description from the auction listing describing what one lucky bidder is gonna get:
