Report: NBA Discussing Using Boardwalk Hall if Season Returns
If and when the NBA season returns, there is a possibility that it could come to Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall according to Marc Berman on the New York Post.
Berman writes that Atlantic City is one of the neutral site cities that is being explored to host NBA games.
According to an NBA source, there’s also been internal talks about Orlando, Atlantic City, Hawaii and Louisville hosting the playoffs.
One idea that has been kicked around per the Post article:
NBA executives still cling to hope of arranging a one-site, fan-less, 16-team playoff and a five-to-seven-game regular-season prelude, according to multiple NBA sources.
The last time Boardwalk Hall host an NBA game was back in 2012 when the Sixers hosted the Nets in a preseason game on Oct 13.
