A South Jersey man is facing at least a quarter of a century behind bars for sexually assaulting two young girls.

Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw says back on December 17th, 55-year-old James Murray of Berlin was found guilty of two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault, two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and third-degree obscenity to minors.

Jury Reaches Verdict After Short Deliberation

Following a six-day trial in Superior Court in Mount Holly, jury members deliberated less than three hours before reaching their verdicts.

Authorities did not release details about this case in an effort to protect the victims, only saying Murray sexually assaulted two young girls over a period of several years.
