What started out as peaceful rally in Atlantic City early in the day escalated as the late afternoon and evening went on.

We did a comprehensive 7 hour (6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.) special live WPG Talk Radio broadcast event.

Countless store front windows at the Tanger Outlets and along Atlantic Avenue were smashed. And, numerous stores were looted.

During our uninterrupted nearly 7 hours on-air we presented the following guests:

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy
Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small
Atlantic City Council President George Tibbitt
Numerous current and retired Atlantic City Police Officers
Municipal Prosecutor for several area municipalities, Will Reynolds

Mayor Small confirmed on-air that he placed an 8:00 p.m. curfew in effect for Sunday and a 7:00 p.m. curfew until further notice (through at least June 8, 2020).

And, we took dozens of on-air phone calls from our listeners, who had the opportunity to voice their concerns in real time, while hundreds of rioters were breaking countless storefront windows and looting many stores at Tanger Outlets The Walk and on Atlantic Avenue.

Our various sources and listeners were incredible during our live coverage.

Finally, we can’t properly thank the Atlantic City Police Department, New Jersey State Police and various others who provided vital mutual aid.

Earlier report from yesterday:

Storefront Windows Being Broken In Atlantic City By “Mostly Outsiders. Thus far, no looting, but lots of damage."

My source is a sitting member of Atlantic City Council, who I just interviewed at length fur this breaking news report.

Approximately 300 persons, that I’ve been advised are mostly from out-of-town are breaking windows up-and-down Atlantic Avenue and elsewhere in Atlantic City.

Numerous storefront windows are being broken: A bank and numerous stores along Atlantic City’s “The Walk.”

The Atlantic City Police are trying to keep them corralled.

Come back to review this story, as I will continue to provide updates as I continue to receive more reliable information.
