Sunday's scheduled game between the Washington Football Team and the Philadelphia Eagles has been pushed back to Tuesday, multiple outlets are now reporting.

A COVID-19 outbreak has sidelined 21 players on the Washington Football team. This includes both their primary and backup quarterbacks.

It looks like the game will now be played Tuesday night at 7 pm inside Philly's Lincoln Financial Field, reports say. 

The increase in COVID-19 cases is not isolated to just the Washington team.

In fact, a bunch of players across multiple teams in the league are unavailable for COVID-related issues this week.

As of 3 pm on Friday, ESPN is reporting that the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns game has also been moved from Sunday to Monday (at 5 pm). It's estimated that 24 players on the Browns have been placed on the COVID-19 reserve list.

But it's possible that even more games on the NFL schedule could be affected by scheduling changes as a result.

As a result, ESPN says that the league is exploring multiple options across all of this week's originally scheduled game times.
