First responders and citizens in Camden County teamed up to successfully rescue a man who was screaming for help in the Delaware River in the middle of the night this past weekend.
The vessel, guided by tugboats, was first headed to the Paulsboro Marine Terminal, where it will be balanced to prepare for dry docking and will then go to the Navy Yard in six days.
Gloucester County Emergency Management said the water was released from the Racoon Creek tributary in the Mullica Hill section of Harrison Township flooding an area by the Old Mill which sent water into the creek.
