A fire in Lacey Township Monday afternoon that killed four people has been ruled accidental.

Four people died and another was injured when a fire broke out inside a Lacey Township home on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

The body of an 89-year-old man was pulled from the lagoon at Lanoka Harbor in Lacey on Tuesday.

Authorities say a man from Lacey Township has been charged in connection with the death of his father.

Ross Miserendino was given access to the victim's bank account and checks for the purpose of helping her pay her bills, but wound up writing checks in her name for a total amount of $171,000.

Police did not say in what year the actor first made contact with the victim, nor over exactly how long a period of time the payments had been made.
