Two Arrested in Little Egg Harbor for Drug Distribution
Two people from Little Egg Harbor are facing charges for allegedly storing and distributing drugs from their home.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer says on February 21st, authorities executed a no-knock search warrant on a home in Little Egg Harbor. There, detectives seized approximately eighteen grams of methamphetamine and two grams of heroin.
35-year-old John Sharpe and 34-year-old Tara Giberson, both of Little Egg Harbor, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine in an amount greater than one-half ounce but less than five ounces with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sharpe was initially lodged in the Ocean County Jail and then released per New Jersey bail reform. Giberson is currently lodged in the Ocean County Jail on an unrelated pending matter.
