Two people were killed in a head-on crash in Hamilton Township on the afternoon of Christmas Day.

Hamilton Township Police say they responded to a crash on the Black Horse Pike near mile marker 38, between Skip Morgan and Shoshoni Drives, shortly before 3:00 Christmas Day. They say a car, driven by 45-year-old Lorri Thomas of Collingdale, PA, was traveling eastbound when it crossed the center line, hitting another car head-on, which was being driven by 52-year-old Carol Badgley of Seaville.

Thomas, who, according to police, was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Carol Badgley and her father, 85-year-old Robert Badgley, were both taken to ARMC-City for treatment; Robert Badgley succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
