Two LEHT Men Face Charges in Drug Death of Galloway Woman
Two Little Egg Harbor men have been charged with selling the drugs that killed a Galloway woman in March of 2019.
Frank Vitalo, 46 and Anthony Wood, 34, were arrested on Jan. 10 in connection to the drug related death of 41-year old Christina Bicki that occurred in Galloway Township on March 19, 2019.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's office says their investigation shows that Vitalo and Wood sold Bicki a fatal dose of heroin/Fentanyl.
Both men have been charged with possession, distribution and conspiracy to distribute heroin/Fentanyl and with strict liability homicide in the death of Bicki.
The men were arrested together at Vitalo's residence in Little Egg Harbor and taken and held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
A detention hearing for the men is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 16.
