Two Men Shot to Death in Salem Sunday Evening

Authorities in Salem are searching for the person responsible for shooting a killing two men in the city Sunday evening.

According to NJ.com, Salem PD officers responded to Olive Street around 5PM Sunday where they found a man from the city on the side of the road with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Salem Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police then found another man in a crashed car at Olive and Wesley Streets. Published reports say that man also suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene.

Police believe one person was responsible for both shooting and that the killer left the area on foot.
