The US Department of Veterans Affairs has announced a that a vaccination event will take place this weekend in Rio Grande.

The vaccination clinic will take place this Saturday, April 24th, from 9AM to 3PM at the Cape May County Veterans Clinic, 3801 Route 9 South, in Rio Grande.

The clinic is for all veterans, their spouses, and their caregivers.

The clinic will vaccinate those with an appointment from 9am - 3pm, while walk-ins are welcome from 11am - 3pm. Of course, walk-ins will be taken care of as supplies permit.

The Pfizer vaccine will be administered and you'll need to return for the second dose 21 days later.
