Margate & Ventnor Business Owner Donating Sales For Israel Aid

Cookie Till is one of Southern New Jersey’s most generous philanthropists.

So, it should come as no surprise that Till is donating all sales proceeds from three of her businesses to help Israel during such a profound time of need.

Till made the official announcement on her Steve and Cookies social media Facebook Page as follows:

100% of Steve & Cookie's, 7311 and Florida Cold Cuts sales this Saturday, 10.21.23, will go to 2 Israel based organizations that we are in direct contact with and know the money will be put to good use immediately.

The two organizations that Till is directly working with are:

• Nir Margalith's Relief Fund.
• The War Emergency Fund.

Steve and Cookies By The Bay is located in Margate, New Jersey.

Till’s bakery, called 7311 and Florida Cold Cuts are both located in Ventnor City.

These are three highly successful businesses and Till is donating all sales on the busiest day of the week (this Saturday).

The first is our friend, Chef Nir Margalith, who was in fact scheduled to cook dinner at Reed's Farm this coming November. He has now mobilized a group and is cooking for Israeli soldiers daily- as well as supplying them with equipment for battle: helmets, warm clothing, gloves, and socks.

Till wrote the following about Zvi:

The second is another direct contact in Israel Zvi Levran. Zvi is raising the money for a War Emergency Fund through his synagogue Kol HaNeshama.

In conclusion, this Saturday, October 21, 2023, Steve and Cookie's, 7311, and Florida Cold Cuts will be donating an entire day of sales from each location for Israeli relief efforts.
