Two Busted on Heroin Charges in Little Egg Harbor

Police in Little Egg Harbor Township say a search warrant resulted in two arrests and the seizure of 289 bags of heroin.

Police say the warrant was executed Friday at a residence at 238 South Pulaski Boulevard in Little Egg Harbor. In addition to the drugs, several hundred dollars in cash was recovered.

Police say two of the home's residents were arrested: John J. Egnatowicz, 46, and Todd C. Doughty 3rd, 18.

Egnatowicz was taken to the Ocean County Jail on charges of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), and Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute.

Doughty was issued a summons for Possession a CDS and released pending a future court date.
