
After 4 Years, Atlantic City Expressway Protest Court Decision Is In
Atlantic City, New Jersey activist Steve Young has referred to these individuals as “The Atlantic City Expressway 7.”
They have spent the past four years in litigation with the City of Atlantic City regarding their protests of 4 years ago on the Atlantic City.
Steve Young has confirmed the following developments and they are significant.
Brother Steven Young - Charged with Resisting Arrest - CHARGES DISMISSED BY PROSECUTOR of Atlantic City Jeanna Cook. Charged with Blocking Expressway - Dismissed By Judge for lack of Evidence from Prosecutor and the State. Charged With Failure to Obey Police Orders and Command to Disperse - DISMISSED BY Judge Marian Ragusa for lack of Evidence from the Prosecutor and the State. WHEN YOU STAND UP TRUTH TO POWER YOU CAN WIN, said Young.
Young also told us:
“We waited 4 Years and counting for our day in court,” said Young.
Young stated that the Court Dates were Monday July 29th and Friday August 2nd, 2024 at 9:00 a.m Location: Atlantic County Criminal Courthouse Mays landing New Jersey.

7 Black Men, representing themselves Pro Se, New Courthouse from Pleasantville Courthouse. Political Violence and Abuse of Authority by Democratic Mayor Marty Small,” said Young.
We Challenged the abuse of authority, intimidation, and threats of arrest, for participating in a July 4th, 2020 Peaceful Protest about George Floyd and Systemic Racism in Atlantic City and the Nation and the Mayor tried to have me removed from volunteer positions on A.C Planning Board and Civilian Advisory Boards which I resigned. And Conspired with Law Enforcement to have 7 Black Men Arrested on July 4, 2020 on Atlantic City Expressway. Mayor Small Lost Yesterday. This is a pattern by Mayor Small Abuse of Authority-Character Assignation-Threats of removal of public positions, Jobs, and businesses done to name a few: John Devlin-ACBOE, ACMUA, Gregory Woods-Black Business Owner, George Tibbit-Councilman Latoya Dunston Councilperson, Johnny X Businessman, Expressway 7-7 Black Men, said Young.
