Small Passes 2nd Big Test
With Small’s re-election victory yesterday, Small has now passed 2 out of the 3 challenges.
The first test was the June, 2025 Primary Election versus Bob McDevitt.
In the General Election yesterday, Small defeated his Republican challenger, Naeem Khan by a wide margin of 62.48 percent to 37.52 percent, with additional votes still to be added.
All Marty Small Backed Candidates Won In Atlantic City Yesterday
All 3 Marty Small backed City Council candidates and all 3 Board of Education candidates won by a wide margin.
The 3rd Small Test Will Be The Most Difficult
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has assembled an overwhelming criminal case versus Marty Small.
Small faces 4 criminal indictments, of the 2nd and 3rd degree.
Small’s criminal trial is presently scheduled to begin on December 1, 2025.
If Small Passes This 3rd Challenge …
It will go down as one of the most difficult political survival escapes of all-time.
Small previously defeated the state of New Jersey at two different voter fraud criminal trials.
Small was acquitted in both previous criminal trials.
Can Small defeat the state first a third time? We’ll know within the next month.

The election of Mikie Sherrill as Governor of New Jersey will give Small a free hand and much more local control than otherwise would have happened had Jack Ciattarelli become the Governor.
