The annual Bike MS: City To Shore Ride is happening this weekend across South Jersey and officials are advising everyone to be on the lookout for thousands of bicyclists and to expect traffic delays.

An estimated 7,000 bicyclists will be crisscrossing South Jersey this weekend raising money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Riders will be choosing from six different courses, ranging anywhere from 25 to 180 miles in length, over one or two days.

Courses start in Mays Landing, Hammonton, and Cherry Hill and stretch to Ocean City. Bicyclists will be using side streets, county highways, and major highways across our region. Officials advise drivers to expect delays and to watch out for bicyclists in areas that normally don't see a lot of bike traffic.
