Another Cumberland County man is facing child porn-related charges.

Prosecutors say on Thursday, 27-year-old Stephen Pritt of Cohanesy Street in Bridgeton, NJ, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child (sharing child sexual abuse material) and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child (possession of child sexual abuse material).

Investigators Allegedly Trace Activity to Messaging App

The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office says its Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received information that someone was sharing child sexual abuse material via the Kik messaging app. An investigation led to the arrest of Pritt.

Investigation Ongoing

The investigation is ongoing and anyone who may have information is asked to contact Det. Joseph Brown with the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office ICAC Unit at (856) 453-0486.

Separate Arrest in the County This Week

News of this arrest comes just one day after another Cumberland County man was cuffed for alleged crimes against children.

This past Wednesday, 26-year-old Christopher Singletary of Vineland was taken into custody.

According to officials, "The State alleges that Singletary sexually assaulted and video recorded two juvenile victims. The State further alleges that he communicated with other juveniles online via Snapchat, ultimately sexting and receiving self produced images of the juveniles."

Singletary is facing a long list of charges, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
