SENATOR BROWN DISCUSSES NEW LEGISLATION
Senator Brown provided a detailed description of new legislation that he co-sponsored, which will afford second chances to certain offenders, who were previously prohibited from holding a New Jersey Casino Control Commission license.
It was a true collaborative process, which involved legislators, the Executive Branch and Casino Control Commission Chairman James Plousis, a former United States Marshall (appointed by President George W. Bush) and former Cape May County Sheriff.
This is very good legislation. It benefits those who attend and successfully complete the diversion court process.
