Ciattarelli Earns Important South Jersey Endorsement for NJ Governor

In the run up to the June 10, 2025 Republican Primary election for Governor of New Jersey, front runner Jack Ciattarelli is consolidating his support all over the Garden State.

The latest example is in South Jersey, whereby New Jersey State Senator Michael Testa, R-1 has formally endorsed Ciattarelli for Governor.

It’s actually a two for the price of one endorsement … as Testa is also the long-time Cumberland County Republican Party Chairman.

Testa has delivered big results in state legislative, county and local elections in District 1 - Cumberland County … leading victories that have flipped long-held Democrat seats to Republican.

Testa was also the 2020 New Jersey President Donald Trump Campaign Co-Chairman.

About his Ciattarelli endorsement, Testa said:

The Democrats in Trenton have failed us across the board. Our taxes are skyrocketing, sanctuary policies are draining our resources, and utility bills are set to go through the roof. Now is the time to continue President Trump's momentum and flip this state red. Jack Ciattarelli is the best candidate to lead our party to victory in November and deliver on President Trump's blueprint in Trenton - putting New Jersey workers, job creators, and families first, said Testa.

Ciattarelli is obviously very pleased with the Testa endorsement, saying:

Senator Testa has been a tireless fighter for the people of his district and our state. I am honored to have his endorsement and excited to work with him as Governor, including signing his "Jersey Comes First" legislative package into law to end Murphy's sanctuary state policies once and for all, said Ciattarelli.

Ciattarelli has won the support of the vast majority of New Jersey’s 21 Counties in his pursuit of the Republican Nomination for Governor of New Jersey.

Ciattarelli earned 48.5 percent of the popular vote in the General Election of 2021.

A near 50 years of history in New Jersey has consistently yielded that the candidate who finishes close last time … has always won the next time.

Ciattarelli is looking to history repeating itself in 2025.
