Don’t Do This At New Jersey Gas Stations

Every time I have friends visiting New Jersey from out of state, they always ask the same question when they get gas.

"Do I tip the gas station attendant?"

My answer is no. I don't tip the gas station attendant. I don't even know if they would accept a tip.

"It's cold, I feel bad that they are outside in the cold weather." I say, "What if they like the cold weather? Some people actually like cold weather".

"It's hot, I feel bad that they are outside in the hot weather." I say, "What if they like the hot weather? Some people actually like hot weather".

"It's raining, I feel bad that they are outside in the rainy weather." I say, "What if they like the rain? Some people actually like rainy days".
