EHT Toddler With Liver Transplant Goes Viral With 49ers Videos

2 year-old Cooper Cota from Egg Harbor Township might be the biggest San Francisco 49ers fan in New Jersey. He is certainly the New Jersey 49ers fan with the most views on TikTok  -- over 7 million.

Cooper Recently Had a Liver Transplant

Little Cooper seems to use his love of the 49ers as a distraction from the complications of life with Alagille syndrome, a genetic disorder causing you to have fewer bile ducts than normal in your liver.

Cooper recently received a liver transplant and that has meant many visits to the hospital.

To keep their spirits up, Cooper's parents, Sherman and Amanda -- both 49ers fans--  began posting videos of Cooper cheering for his favorite team under @coopertransplant on TikTok.

"He'll just run around saying it, it gets a little crazy,” Sherman told the NBC TV affiliate in San Fransisco.

"We had one moment, we just were driving in the car and he was just saying it in the car seat, yelling it at the top of his lungs. I take him to the doctor’s office, and he just walks around the office saying ‘Let's go Niners!” said Amanda.

GoFundMe to Help Cooper's Family With Expenses

Information in a GoFundMe campaign set up by a friend gives insights into the family's tough situation with Cooper's health condition.

Alagille Syndrome directly impacts the development of several major organs but most dramatically the liver.

There are currently approx 2500 Children in the United States who have been diagnosed with this condition.

The GoFundMe has raised over $23,000.
